Two fresh chicken thighs, soaked for 24-hours in our fifteen‑herb buttermilk spa treatment, hand‑breaded to order, and fried to a glorious golden crunch in beef tallow. We stack them high on a buttery brioche bun with shredded lettuce, a mountain of Elman’s dill pickles, and our “not‑so‑secret” sauce. And of course, it all rolls out with Rae’s signature crispy skinny fries riding shotgun.
